Terms of service.

Booking and Payment

• Bookings must be made via our website.

• Full payment must be received upon booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion (e.g. for safety, misuse, or policy breaches).

• Hirers must be aged 18 or over.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made 3 months prior to the booking date will receive credit for the full amount. This credit can only be used to reschedule bookings.

• No refunds will be issued for no-shows.

4. Use of the Studio

The Hirer agrees to:

• Use the space only for the purpose stated in the booking.

• Respect the property, staff, and other users of the premises.

• Comply with all health & safety, fire, and safeguarding requirements.

• Not sublet, share, or transfer the booking without written permission.

• Leave the studio in its original condition.

• The hirer is responsible for the health and safety of those they bring into the space.

Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning or repair charges, and/or denial of future bookings.

5. Equipment and Property

• Any equipment provided (e.g. lighting, sound gear, furniture) remains our property.

• The Hirer is responsible for the proper use and safe return of all equipment.

• Any loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions will be charged to the Hirer.

Personal belongings are left on the premises at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal or third-party property.
